Common questions
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. You skip the marketplace guest service fee (typically 12–16%), so the same home usually costs less booking direct with Juan.
Is booking direct safe?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely, and your card is only charged once Juan accepts your request. You always have a direct line to your host.
What if I need to cancel?
Every stay includes free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in, and Juan handles the rest personally and fairly.
